1. The Defendant’s KRW 27,619,90 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from September 2, 2015 to September 30, 2015 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act, and delay damages shall be subject to the statutory interest rate of Article 3 (1) of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, as the provisions concerning the statutory interest rate are amended to 15% per annum
