1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 916,176,519 and the interest rate thereon from December 5, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment without oral pleadings) shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor”, respectively.
