Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] On September 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution due to a crime of driving under the Road Traffic Act in this court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 25th of the same month.
[Criminal facts]
1. On March 5, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving on the B Poter, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 600 meters away from the digging bridge near Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the blue-do road in front of the small middle school located under the same side of the same area, from around 600 meters.
2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) operated the foregoing cargo truck, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
