1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 96,287,080 and KRW 90,350,755 among them. From April 28, 1994 to July 31, 1994.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.

2. Judgment on deemed confessions of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
