A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
On May 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for violating the Farmland Act at the Incheon District Court on May 17, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 25, 2017.

2. Forgery and events of a self-owned real estate sale contract on December 28, 2013;
