The Defendant, who was aged 29, was married to C and was married to C and was married to the Republic of Korea. On February 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against C due to the change of the farmer’s name; (b) followed the procedure of divorce by agreement with C; and (c) was divorced from C around May 2016.

Before the above divorce procedure was initiated, the Defendant became aware that the victim D (year 46) who is both C and his father-son was in an internal relationship and demanded several times to not directly contact C with the victim, but the relationship between C and C was maintained, and eventually, as the cause of divorce occurred with C, the Defendant was considered to have been the victim, and thus the Defendant became aware of the fact that there was a cause of divorce.

On July 4, 2016, the defendant entered the residence of E on July 4, 2016, at permanent residence around 02:30, and reported the head of the body that the victim was in his/her own clothes with C with his/her own clothes, and tried to talk outside of his/her house with the victim after considering the situation.

After all, the defendant demanded the victim to stop the relation with C in a warehouse, but the victim had the intention to maintain the relation with C without hearing the statement of the defendant and had the police report it to the police.

Accordingly, the Defendant saw a knife (20cc in knife length) that was kept on the wooden tree loaded in a flat warehouse, and followed the victim before C’s residence, and went beyond C, and the victim escaped in the direction of the air route. The Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s body knife in the knife and knife the victim’s side knife until the victim’s resistance stops; and (b) died of the victim’s side knife and knife by the knife, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.
