On August 25, 2016, at around 02:50 on August 25, 2016, the Defendant laid down the hand knick (a total length of approximately 35 cm), which was a dangerous object at the Defendant’s office, to threaten the employer on the ground that the Defendant was not paid wages in the front of the Seoul Western-gu, Seoul.
