1. As to KRW 36,615,812, and KRW 20,00,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,615,812 from July 1, 2014 to December 5, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant”.
