1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 56,700,000 won and 16% per annum from May 29, 1998 to September 14, 1999.

Reasons

1. The part corresponding to the Defendants among the grounds for the attachment of the claim is indicated.

(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor 2, obligor 3 and obligor 4', ‘Defendant 1, Defendant 2 and Defendant 3', and ‘Defendant 1, Defendant 2 and Defendant 3. The claim against obligor 1 became final and conclusive by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
