The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Criminal facts stated in the attached Form of the facts charged;
(However, the judgment of the court below 2. The defendant is a crime falling under Article 109 (1) of the Labor Standards Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's explicit intent under Article 109 (2) of the Labor Standards Act. Since each agreement, etc. was submitted by the victims to the effect that the defendant's punishment is not applied to this court after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
