If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

The defendant and B are those engaged in the concentrated industry, and C are those engaged in the livestock industry.

A person who leaves farmland or recycles wastes, such as animals of another person's Dong and vegetable residues, shall prepare facilities and equipment in accordance with the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment and report thereon to the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, in collusion with B and C, from February 2017 to June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received five tons of freight (600,000 won per 60,000 won per 60,000 won per 30,000,000 won per 5 tons of imported goods) in return for treating D’s imported goods from D’s imported goods or defective goods; and (b) transported D’s waste work to a farm located in B’s U.S., U.S., and B’s U.S., and transported D’s waste work to a farm located in B; and (c) the Defendant and B received 60,000,000 won of the above disposal costs from C in return for divided payment of KRW 60,00,000,000,000 among the above disposal costs from D’s raising to its farm by recycling them as feed to pigs or using them for crops growing.

As a result, in collusion with B and C, the Defendant disposed of wastes such as animals and plants residues of others without reporting to the Mayor/Do Governor without reporting it to the Mayor/Do Governor.
