C is a representative director of the multi-level marketing enterprise with the trade name “H” located in the second floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant I, A, and B are directors of the above enterprise, and Defendant L is a person who operates the above business office.

1. Defendant I and C, C, and C, and B, from March 17, 201 to September 1, 201, leased an office on the second floor of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building from around March 17, 201 to around September 1, 201, and were engaged in multilevel marketing business, such as Jinju and Jin cosmetics, without registering multilevel marketing business to the competent authorities.

The defendant and C, A, and B, when recruiting members from the subordinate 20 to the 80 members in the course of recruiting members, are granted the qualification of a special contract, and when recruiting members from the subordinate 100 to the subordinate 400 to the 500 to the 2,000 members, they are granted the qualification of a branch.
