2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who violates the National Sports Promotion Act, or who commits an act of providing property or property benefits to a person who has correctly predicted the outcome by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or things similar thereto, or opened a space for gambling for the purpose of profit;

The Defendant shall operate an Internet gambling site similar to 'sports soil', which sells voting rights under the National Sports Promotion Act, from 0.2 to 0.2 of the above 1: (1) the Defendant, from 0.4 to 20.2 of the above 1: (2) the Defendant’s participation in the operation of the above 1: (1) the Defendant’s office from 0.2 of the 2nd 2nd 1st 2nd 4th 1st 2nd 2nd 1st 2nd 1st 2nd 2nd 1st 2nd 2nd 1st 20, and (2nd 4th 2nd 2nd 2nd 1st 2nd 3rd 2nd 1st 201, and (3rd 2nd 4th 2nd 202nd 2nd 2015) the Defendant’s participation in the operation of the 2nd 4th 2nd 2nd 3rd 2014.
