1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 4, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On October 27, 2015, the Defendant lent KRW 66.5 million to the Defendant, and the remainder of KRW 46.5 million is not repaid, and thus, the remainder of KRW 46.5 million is a claim for payment of remainder of the loan and damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
