1. The defendant shall pay 88,050,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from November 9, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the facts that there is no dispute between the parties to the judgment on the cause of the claim, and the purport of the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff’s obligation to pay KRW 50,000,000 on July 24, 2013 to the Defendant for the remainder of KRW 21,950,000,000 from November 24, 2013 as well as for the repayment period until November 2013, 2013; KRW 10,000,000 on December 310, 203; and KRW 27.20,000,000 on January 27, 2014; and KRW 10,000,000 on August 10, 204; and the Defendant is obliged to pay the remainder of KRW 21,950,000 on the remainder of the loan principal to the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 81,005,000 on the following day.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
