1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,561,551 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 14, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 31,561,551 of the outstanding amount receivable that the Plaintiff was unable to deliver to the Defendant from January 2, 2011 to September 2017 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
