1. The defendant shall pay 64,96,800 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 3, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
In addition to the whole purport of the arguments in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 12 (including the number of pages), the plaintiff agreed to dispatch human resources to the construction site at the defendant's request while operating the job placement office, receive 10% of the dispatched human resources wage, and the plaintiff dispatched human resources at the defendant's request, and the plaintiff was requested by the defendant that if the plaintiff pays the wages of the dispatched human resources on behalf of the plaintiff, he will make a lump sum settlement of 173,08,000 won from October 201, 206 to July 2017, and received 114,000,000 won from the defendant, and there is no counter-proof evidence.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the amount of 64,96,800 won, including wages (=(173,08,000 won - 114,000,000 won x 1.1) x 1.1) and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 3, 2018 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the service date of the application for the change of claim and the cause of claim in this case.
The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
