The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of all of the facts charged in this case’s violation of the law of logic and experience, and there were no errors in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the invalidation of indication in official duties, obstruction of performance of official duties, obstruction of performance of official duties, and obstruction of duties.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
