1. The defendant shall pay 290,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 10, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On November 15, 2004, the Plaintiff gave a loan of KRW 290,000,000 to the Defendant. Since the Defendant did not pay the above money up to the present day, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 10, 2015 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
