A. The Plaintiffs and E’s labor contract 1) The Plaintiffs are G in the F of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, operated by E and E on May 31, 2014 (hereinafter “instant private teaching institute”).

(2) Under the basic contract term of one year, the Plaintiffs entered into an employment contract with the content that the Plaintiffs shall pay the Plaintiffs a retirement allowance of 2.7 million won per month (on the last day of each month), KRW 50,000 per month of wages, KRW 50,00 per month, and KRW 50,000 per month at the expiration of the contract. (2) Plaintiff A began with the English lecture from June 2, 2014, and Plaintiff B’s husband B from September 1, 2014 to the instant private teaching institute.

B. On May 29, 2014, the Defendant left the Republic of Korea with E’s mother and transferred the business of the instant private teaching institute from E to the United States.

C. From January 2015, the Defendant issued a business bank account to the Plaintiffs, and appropriated the monthly salary from the private teaching institute revenue. The Plaintiffs appropriated the remainder amount, excluding rent, management fee, etc., from the monthly revenue deposited, to the monthly salary of the Plaintiffs, and the wages that the Plaintiffs received from the Defendant are indicated in the following table.

D. At least six months have passed since the first day of April 2015, the Defendant under a partnership agreement between the Plaintiff A and the Defendant.
