Reasons
The reasoning of the judgment of this court is as follows, except that the defendant in the third and sixth part of the judgment of the court of first instance considers "the defendant" as "the defendant", and therefore, it is identical to the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance.
(However, the part of the judgment of the court of first instance against Codefendant A, Ltd., which became separate and conclusive, is legitimate, and thus the defendant's appeal is dismissed.
