1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 24,00,000 and Defendant B with respect thereto from June 3, 2015, and Defendant C with respect to the said amount.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On May 5, 2006, the Plaintiff, under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties, set the payment period of KRW 24 million to Defendant B as March 27, 2015.

2. Grounds;

(a) Claim against Defendant B: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

(b) Claim against Defendant C: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
