1. Facts of recognition;
A. The defendant is a corporation established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Gwangju Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Establishment of the Environmental Facilities Corporation, and the plaintiffs are employed by the defendant and provide labor until now.

The payment date of remuneration under Article 4 (1) shall be the 20th day of each month.
Allowances under paragraph (3) for overtime work, holiday work, and night work may be paid at the end of each year within seven days following the following day, and annual allowances may be paid at the end of each year.
The calculation of remuneration under Article 5 (1) shall be from the first day of each month to the last day of the relevant month.
Provided, That in cases of new employment, promotion, promotion, reinstatement, salary reduction, dismissal from position, etc., the monthly amount of payment shall be calculated on a daily basis as of the date of issuance.
