Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bicycle with CITI 100G motor devices.
On June 1, 2017, the Defendant operated the bicycle without obtaining a driver's license for a motor device from around 18:35, and operated the bicycle in front of the E in Hongcheon-gun D, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, by straighting the front distance from the front side to the side of Namsan-gun.
