Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that runs a housing construction business, real estate sales business, etc., and the Defendant is a corporation that runs a housing construction business, soil construction business, etc.

The service requester refers to the Defendant A and promises to perform the contractual terms as mutual trust and good faith by referring the Plaintiff as “B” and referring to the Plaintiff as “B” and entering into this contract.

Article 1. The entire real estate for a new apartment construction project with B and 11 lots of land (3,523 square meters in a residential area among the public injury area of 4,137) as a result of an agreement between the parties to the indication of the target real estate.
