A shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, and a fine of 2,00,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

C A is a person who has been engaged in the agricultural product manufacturing and processing business in Pyeongtaek-si D with the trade name of “E”. Defendant A is a person who has been engaged in the agricultural product distribution and sales business in the trade name of “F”, and Defendant B is a person who has been residing in the said “E” and has been engaged in management and supervision as an employee of the said “F.”

No person shall indicate or advertise that the nutrition of foods, etc. differs from that of raw material ingredients by containers, packages, printed materials or other means.

The Defendants and C conspired to attach false raw materials and ingredients to the packaging of the product as if they were mixed with the products of powder powder in the form of the main ingredients of damply and added, despite that they were not mixed with the products of powder powder, and Defendant A, from November 12, 2014 to April 2, 2015, requested the processing of the products of flavour who are not mixed with C from the above “E” to the end of the above “E,” and attached the product name: : 53% of the products of flavour and ingredients, 30% of the raw materials, 17% of the flavour, flazine, and 17% of the flavour, with false ingredients indicated, to the packaging of the product. Defendant B and C, with knowledge of the fact that the product was falsely indicated, was affixed to the packaging of the product of 80 tons of the processed products.

As a result, Defendants and C conspired with each other to indicate different contents from raw materials, ingredients, etc. on the packaging of the aid product.
