1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 and the period from February 1, 2008 to December 25, 2015.

Reasons

1. On July 4, 2006, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 500,000,00 to Defendant B with interest rate of 12% per annum and due date of payment as of July 3, 2007. The Plaintiff’s claim for loans and delayed payment from February 1, 2008 to the date of full payment on the grounds that Defendant C guaranteed the above loan obligation. The Plaintiff’s claim for loans and delayed payment from February 1, 2008 to the date of full payment.
