When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On May 23, 2016, at around 16:45, the Defendant driven a BNEW EF small vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 100 meters from the entrance distance of the bathing beach from the rooftop beach to the shooting distance from the entrance of the bathing beach, as a rooftop.
