The defendant is a school foundation C president in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City who ordinarily employs 280 workers and operates educational service business.

Wages shall be paid directly in currency in full to workers, and wages shall be paid at least once a month on a fixed date.

From September 1, 1993, the Defendant did not pay KRW 164,80,00 out of the wages of 164,80 on a fixed date among the wages of 2015 for workers D who worked in the same workplace, and did not pay KRW 2,547,884, the annual leave allowances of 2014, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, and did not pay KRW 3,441,70, the total amount of wages of 29 workers on March 3, 2015, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, on a regular payment date, and did not pay KRW 36,381,684, in total, the annual leave allowances of 22 workers for 2014.
