A shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won, and a fine of 500,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendants have been engaged in the duties of managing and operating funds of camping heads while operating the Victim G corporation established for the purpose of camping in E, E, and Chungcheongnam-gun F in order to operate a camping site as a Dong business.

1. Defendant A used the victim’s deposit in the bank account in the name of the victim in the camp site (H) of the Victim G Co., Ltd., Ltd. (F) around March 25, 2015 for the purpose of the victim’s business. Around that time, Defendant used Defendant’s personal use, such as the Defendant’s medical expenses, according to the mind in the group of members in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and then consumed KRW 65,500 in the same way in the same manner six times from the place of Chungcheongnam-gun, etc., as indicated in Defendant A, until July 10, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

2. Around April 22, 2015, Defendant B, at the camping site of the said Victim G Co., Ltd., the Defendant had been in custody for the victim’s deposit located in the Nonghyup Bank account (H) account in the name of the victim. Around that time, the Defendant consumed the Defendant’s personal use, such as the insurance premium of the Defendant’s Isch Rexn car, in the Japan-gun of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and used the Defendant’s insurance premium, etc. for the Defendant’s personal use, from that time until May 27, 2015, Defendant B consumed the Defendant’s total amount of KRW 1,253,940 in the same way three times from the place of Chungcheongnam-gun and the Seoul Si/Gun, as indicated in Defendant B.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
