A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B, C, and D shall be punished by a fine of 500,00 won.

Defendant

A is the owner of a sexual traffic business with the trade name "F" in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E in the sixth floor, and Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D are female employees employed in the said business.

1. No person who has committed an act of arranging sexual traffic or arranging sexual traffic, etc. by giving or receiving, or promising to give or receive, money, valuables or other property benefits to many and unspecified persons;

Nevertheless, on October 31, 2014, the Defendant received 37,000 won from male customers G, which had been found in the above business place on October 31, 2014, and caused female employees C to see the sexual organ of the above G, thereby mediating the act of similarity, as well as arranging the act of similarity, and arranging the female employees, such as C, B, and D, in return for payment from many unspecified male customers from around September 2014 to the above temporary date.

2. On October 17, 2014, Defendant B, from around 20:00 to 22:00, received money from three male customers who cannot know their names at the said “F” sexual traffic business establishment, and made them look like by stimulating their sexual organ by hand and hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.

3. At around October 18, 2014, Defendant C received money from H to a customer at the said “F” entertainment business establishment, and had the customer knife his/her sexual organ, and had the customer knife, and had the customer knife his/her sexual organ. On or around October 21, 2014, Defendant C received money from G who was found as a customer at the said business establishment and had the customer knife his/her sexual organ knife with his/her finger and knife his/her sexual organ.

4. At around October 18, 2014, Defendant D committed similar acts, such as receiving money from I who was found to be a customer at the said “F” sexual traffic business establishment, and leading to the circumstances by stimulateing his sexual organ to his hand and knife.
