On August 25, 2014, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately 2 km alcohol concentration of about 0.097% under the influence of alcohol from the front of the Seoyang-gu Office, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu to the front of the 948 Gegi Complex 9 apartment complex, which is located in the same 948.
