1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,202,278 and the Plaintiff KRW 32,560,00 among them, with full payment from December 3, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) However, the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages in the purport of the claim was partially reduced as ordered in accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
