1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 6,733,00 won and December 1, 2014.
Reasons
1. On October 3, 2011, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and leased the real estate indicated in the attached list to the Defendant by determining KRW 300,000 per month of rent.
The plaintiff terminated the above lease contract on the ground of the defendant's delinquency in the payment of rent, and seek the delivery of the real estate in the attached list and the return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
