임대차보증금
1. The defendant shall pay 110,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the defendant on May 5, 2016, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 110 million with respect to D among multi-family houses of the defendant of the defendant of the defendant of the Jin-si C and the fourth floor as the period from May 13, 2016 to May 12, 2018 (hereinafter "the lease agreement of this case") and paid KRW 110 million to the defendant around that time. The lease contract of this case is terminated by the expiration of the period when the plaintiff notifies the defendant of his refusal to renew the lease on March 2018. According to the above recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff KRW 110 million with the lease deposit of this case.
(4) The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
