[2011Gohap70] The Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, committed the following crimes in a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions.

Around 06:00 on November 27, 201, the Defendant: (a) at the “Dju shop” located in Changwon-si Masanpo-si, Changwon-si; (b) the victim E (the young people aged 57) who considered that the Defendant was working and wraped by the Defendant refers to “the young people who wn at the age of 57 wn each other”; (c) the Defendant wn up the victim’s face and body beyond the time when the young people wn up the victim’s face by drinking.

A serious injury: (a) around November 27, 201, the Defendant: (b) 08:52, 08:52; (c) laid down the victim G (n, 60 years of age) who used the road in Changwon Masan City F; (d) without any particular reason, and (e) took a bath, such as “Chewing, Chewing,” and (e) took a part in the victim’s face, chest, and clothes, and took a part in the victim’s hand, and took a face at the victim’s hand.

As a result, the defendant caused the victim's bodily injury such as an injury to the victim's external wound, resulting in an unidentified state, thereby causing danger to his/her life.
