The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On July 16, 2020, around 01:40 on July 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed a conflict with the victim C (V, 37 years of age) who was friendly with the Defendant’s house parking lot in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, with the Defendant’s house fright, and assaulted the victim by taking care of the victim’s face with his/her finger and her fingers.
2. The facts charged of this case cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act as a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim has withdrawn his wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
