1. The defendant shall receive on February 23, 2006, from the plaintiff, the Changwon District Court's Mawon District Court's 389m2 in relation to the 389m2.

Reasons

1. The provisional registration in the name of the defendant with respect to the real estate stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition No. C owned by the claim is extinguished by the ten-year exclusion period, and thus, the defendant is obligated to cancel the above provisional registration to the plaintiff seeking reimbursement against C by subrogation, who is insolvent, as the creditor of indemnity against C.
