A. The relationship between the Plaintiff and the Defendants, etc. 1) The Plaintiff was established for the purpose of a golf club business, etc. on October 6, 1973 (the first V Co., Ltd.) as of June 15, 1982.

(2) On June 19, 1981, after obtaining approval for the construction of a golf course from the date of June 5, 1984, after completing the construction work, Nonparty Y (Z) established and operated AA Co., Ltd. and AB Co., Ltd. on October 17, 1970 in Japan on June 21, 1963, and established AC Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff on October 6, 1973, and AD Co., Ltd. on March 11, 1982, and used it as the representative director on January 5, 201, and exercised all of the above management rights. < Amended by Act No. 3798, Oct. 2, 1970; Act No. 3568, Oct. 21, 1963; Act No. 3568, Oct. 11, 197; Act No. 3568, Mar. 11, 1982>

3) Y was married with Nonparty AE (AF) and had three children, including Defendant D, F, H, and J, and four children, including Defendant D, H, and J. AE died on February 28, 1983, and on September 30, 1995, Y died on September 4, 1995. The Defendant L was the wife of Defendant N, P, R, and TG children.

B. Since around 1973, the land used as the instant golf course site is purchased in the name of the Plaintiff and Y, AE, ASEAN, B, C, AG, and Y, the wife of the Plaintiff and Y, and the transfer of ownership is registered in each of their respective names. 2) The real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “real estate No. 1”) in the separate sheet No. 1 from 1973 to 1981, purchased in the name of the network AE and completed the transfer of ownership in the name. As AE died on February 28, 1983, the registration of ownership was completed on December 11, 1984 in the name of the heir, Y, AG, B, C, D, F, H, and J, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 30, 195. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 14870, Sep. 30, 199>
