Facts of the cause of the attachment order and the attachment order [crimes] 2013, 41]
1. Interference with business;
A. On October 14, 2012, from around 12:00 to December 30, 2012, the Defendant and the respondent for an attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) expressed the victim D, operated by the victim D in Busan Southern-gu, for the purpose of changing the drinking value against the married guests, and for the purpose of giving money to them, “I am going to fri, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, and interfere with the victim D’s wedding business by force.
B. From 13:00 on December 2, 2012 to 13:30, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim D, operated by the victim D in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, to change the drinking value; and (b) did not give money to the customer, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “the bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and expressed the victim’s female employees to “the flue bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” thereby obstructing the victim’s wedding business by force.
C. On February 1, 2013, from around 11:00 to 12:30, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim G in Busan Southern-gu as “H subdivision hall operated by the victim G in Busan-gu; and (b) expressed the victim G with the victim’s desire to “the camping out” and obstructed the victim G’s restaurant business by force.
2. Around 08:40 on January 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion and attempted indecent act by compulsion; (b) around 08:40, the Defendant committed 11-time attempted indecent act by compulsion against the ten victims, as shown in the annexed crime list from July 2012 to January 17, 2013, by drinking the victim J (the age of 57) who was walking along the paths, and by forcing the victim J himself/herself to commit indecent act by compulsion; and (c) by compulsioning the victim J. (the age of 57).
