Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (a judgment by a person who is deemed as having been made by the Defendant) of the Civil Procedure Act only submitted a formal written objection after being served with a payment order prior to the implementation of the instant lawsuit, but did not submit a specific written answer. Since the notice of the date for pleading was served lawfully and did not appear on the date for pleading, it shall be deemed that the Plaintiff’s assertion was led to the confession of all the facts of the Plaintiff’
