Accordingly, E proposes the above transactions to the victim company, and the defendant, the vice head of JJ, will confirm the inventory, supply, and deposit status of the goods to the victim who is not trusted in E.

Defendant K, who is an employee, transferred such money to another account used by E when the money is deposited due to the occurrence of the transaction, etc., he/she conspired with the hidden instrument as if the money was normally deposited to J.

After receiving 34,950,000 won from the victim, K transferred the said money to the above IJ bank in normal terms, as if the Defendant remitted it to the above IJ bank in the name of the national bank in the name of the No. 34,950,000 won for repayment of the existing debt.
