At around 08:30 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant captured three maths using 30,000 square meters average of 22 meters of the Mecco size for the purpose of capturing gram fishing at sea on 0.1math day in the south-west, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do.
