A. On February 8, 2012, the Defendant filed an application with the Plaintiff for a payment order claiming payment of the price of goods with the court of the East Sea branch of the Chuncheon District Court 2012 teab25, and issued a payment order on February 29, 2012. The above decision became final and conclusive on February 29, 2012.

B. On January 18, 2011, the Plaintiff filed an application for bankruptcy and immunity with the Chuncheon District Court 2010Hadan729, 2010Ma728, and obtained immunity from immunity. The said exemption from immunity was finalized on February 2, 2011.

C. Therefore, a compulsory execution based on the payment order under Paragraph 1 of the defendant's order against the plaintiff should be dismissed.
