1. The defendant shall pay 36,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 13, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor”, respectively.
