1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, and Defendant C, KRW 32,500,000, and each of them shall be repaid from December 6, 2014.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, from 2004 to 2009, lent 70 million won to Defendant B, and 32.5 million won to Defendant C respectively. However, the Defendants failed to pay this up to now. As such, the Defendants sought payment of each of the above loans and damages for delay.
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment on whether to be deemed as a foreigner);
