With respect to the foregoing case, the court below's decision was followed to the prosecutor's seat (prosecution) and Kim Jong-young (public trial) of the judgment rendered on April 10, 2014.

Reasons

In the above case, it is clear that the entry of the defense counsel column and the column of applicable provisions of law were omitted, and thus, it shall be determined as ordered in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure.
