1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 26, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On March 12, 2014, the Plaintiff made a loan with a maturity of KRW 30 million to the Defendant on or around the end of April 2014. The Plaintiff filed a claim for delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
