The reasoning of the court’s explanation of this case is as follows: (a) the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the part against the plaintiffs in the grounds of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding the following contents to the 13th of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence
After 14 years from the expiration of the term of punishment, Plaintiff A married with Plaintiff B after the lapse of 14 years from the expiration of the term of punishment, and Plaintiff B was born in the following year. However, each entry of Plaintiff B’s evidence Nos. 5 and 7 and the entire purport of the argument of Plaintiff B in this court can be seen as follows. In other words, the security surveillance disposition against Plaintiff A was renewed on a two-year basis and continued until October 30, 2014. In the course of renewal, the competent authorities conducted surveillance and interference with Plaintiff A’s agency’s work, degree of income, Plaintiff’s entry into and departure from Korea, National Security Act, contact with other security observation partners, and participation in political assembly. Considering that the police officer in charge of ascertaining such trend is likely to have suffered mental anxiety between Plaintiff A and his family members by summonsing Plaintiff A or directly visiting Plaintiff A, visiting Plaintiff’s home, or communicating the entire purport of the argument, both Plaintiff A and Plaintiff C’s temporary security surveillance disposition were imposed upon Plaintiff A and Plaintiff C’s family members.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal against the plaintiffs is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
