Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative of the A Hospital in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, who employs approximately 70 full-time workers and is engaged in medical services.

1. The Defendant is working at the pertinent workplace from June 25, 2012 to May 3, 2013.
The parties concerned did not pay 48,00,000 won in arrears with retired workers D within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment without any agreement on the extension of the due date, and did not pay 130,647,142 won in total for 5 workers as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (1) within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties concerned.

2. The Defendant, while working in the above workplace from September 29, 2007 to August 12, 2013, did not pay 4,188,677 won in total as wages and retirement allowances for two workers, including 2,938,160 won of retired workers E, within 14 days from the date of retirement, which is the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment, without any agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment period.

3. The Defendant is working in the foregoing workplace from February 1, 2013 to August 31, 2013.
Wages of retired workers F including 13,507,80 won and 28,877,820 won in total for five workers as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (3) were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

4. The Defendant, as described in the attached Table I (except Nos. 6, 7, 8, 10, and 12 in order) of the total amount of wages and retirement allowances of 17 workers, including the total amount of wages and retirement allowances of 9,77,950 won, who worked in the above workplace from July 9, 2012 to January 25, 2014, pays 228,638,678 won, as well as the total amount of wages and retirement allowances of 17 workers, within 14 days from the date of retirement, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
